333.33333333333333

Miles every month
Since June 8th, 2011

We bought the Honda Elite on June 8th, 2011.

Today we reached the 3,000 mile mark.

That's 333.33333....onward forever, miles each and every month.

We're talking December, January and February here - in Maine, not Florida.

So, here's the deal.......
If you ain't on the road in December, you don't get to ride in June, or July.

Think it'll work?  Probably not.  But it's a great idea.

good to meet you. I also had TWO "B's". can't remember the years, '63 and '73 I believe. I owned the '63 back around 1965. Seems we have parallel lives. I also had two Alphas. '63 Guilia Spyder 1600, and '73 Veloce 2000GT.

    1. Bob. Parallel lives indeed and, what's more important, blessed lives. Two B's and two Alpha's! Now that's living.
Welcome to the blog. Hope to keep you entertained.

  2. Hi Mike! I just have a fundamental conflict: you live in Maine...and you have Beignets nearby. Yes...Beignets since I am in the south. ;)

Love Maine!!!!!!! The limited amount of my time spent there has been at Katahdin. Sigh, drool, sob. Oilburner (hubby) and I have been itching to take the bikes up there for ages. Might actually be able to pull it off this year. I will definitely take you up on the offer, as we haven't scoured much of the coast at all.

So I am loving your images and riding locations. Keep 'me coming. And know someone down here is pulling out the scrap book.

  3. Hi Lori: Didn't always live here: spent some time in New Orleans (too short) and about 7 in either DD or Annapolis, MD., not to mention Gaffney SC! (Although that was just a ride through).
Miss the warmth of the south and miss the warmth of the southern folks. Folks are different up here: friendly, but not intrusive, which, coming from "away" seems a little strange.
    However!
Kindness and hospitality is never lacking and the scenery is spectacular.
So, as my father said "Son, don't sit around wishing, pick yourself up and turn the wish into reality.
    See y'all soon, ya hear?
    Mike.

    1. The South is interesting. I doubt I get the full effect living in a city. I do find a smaller town intriguing. I still want to attend a full blown oyster or shrimp boil! All y'all ride safe up thar. Hehe
